Salary: £48 – 55k (dependent on experience)

Creative Access is recruiting! They have a brilliant role for a dynamic individual to join their energetic and devoted team and lead their marketing communications.

Creative Access supports young people from under-represented backgrounds into employment; to access careers and secure both jobs and paid training opportunities in creative companies. We provide a range of services to companies, from recruitment to employer training and consultancy. A not-for-profit social enterprise, Creative Access works with over 400 creative companies including ITV, Pan Macmillan, the National Theatre, Apple, Tate and Hachette. We have placed over 1,950 young people in paid 3-12 month roles and have provided employability support to more than 35,000 young people.

We are looking for a creative individual to drive the marketing and communications at Creative Access. This vital role involves leading all areas; from social media, to events, printed materials and the website. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the senior Creative Access team and would suit an experienced communicator who is passionate about making change and inspiring young people.
