Guest Services & Partnerships Manager

Salary: £36,024 - £42,570 per annum

The BFI is seeking a Guest Services & Partnerships Manager to join the BFI Festivals Team to work across the BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ+ Film Festivals and BFI London Film Festival.

Hospitality teams in delivering all services supporting the filmmaker, XR, Series and invited industry guests at BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ+ Film Festivals and BFI London Film Festival.

This role will help cultivate industry reception partnerships and Embassy partners to support international guests, to fundraise against income targets, and oversee the day to day management of these partnerships; they will seek deals to improve the guest experience, with restaurants and venues for dinners and industry social events, and ensure the smooth implantation of ‘in kind’ partner benefits from airlines, hotels, food or drinks brands or other hospitality partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skill in diplomacy, communication and team management and will have significant previous of experience working in a busy, large scale film festival or related cultural field, ideally in working in creative talent-facing roles.
