Guest Services Coordinator

Salary: £23,760 per annum (pro-rata)

Glasgow Film Festival are looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join them on a fixed term basis.

The role

The Guest Services Coordinator will work alongside the Festival Coordinator and Programming team to administer all aspects of the guests’ stay, liaising with them prior to arrival and ensuring they are well received when they get to Glasgow.

The Guest Services Coordinator will develop and maintain partnership deals with local hotels and restaurants, and work with other stakeholders to identify ways to ensure guests have a positive experience whilst in Scotland. This role is responsible for maintaining databases and facilitating the flow of information regarding guests to the rest of the Festival team.

The post is offered as a fixed term post 8 November 2021 – 1 April 2022.
