Guest Coordinator

Salary: £23,433 - £27,414

The BFI is seeking a Guest Coordinator for the 2019 BFI Flare: London LGBTQ+ Film Festival who will be working as an integral part of the BFI Flare Programme & Guest Team.

You will support the delivery of a world-class Festival for all attending filmmaker guests whilst providing programme assistance in the run-up to the Festival.

The Guest Coordinator will work in providing guest support, including researching cultural funding opportunities to help support filmmakers attend the Festival, assisting with guest lists for Opening and Closing night, and compiling and maintaining accurate information for Festival databases, websites and press releases.

As the main point of contact for all feature filmmaker guests in attendance, the Guest Coordinator ensures that travel and accommodation arrangements are made in a timely manner and a high standard of service is delivered to our invited filmmakers.
