Really Local Group Ealing

Ealing Broadway

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000

Really Local Group is looking for a passionate leader to take charge of their brand-new venue in Ealing.

About us

Really Local Group creates and restores cultural infrastructure through the regeneration and renewal of the UK’s high streets, with cinema at the heart of its venues. Each venue is uniquely designed to reflect its locality – we engage with local arts clubs and community groups to facilitate their activities by providing them with a much needed ‘home’.

Found in the exciting West London hub of Ealing Broadway, our brand-new venue will feature a fully functional 3-screen cinema, bar, café, workspace and dedicated live music.

We have a talented and dedicated team to help deliver our vision. If you think you are the right person to join us, we would love to hear from you!

About the job

We are currently looking for a passionate leader to take charge of our brand-new venue! You will take a pro-active approach and know how to get the most out of your team through consistent training and development, setting a clear direction for the venue and listening to guest feedback, building it into your overall vision for the space.

Working closely with our senior team, you will ensure guests to the venue have an excellent experience and receive the highest level of customer service. Along with our programme and marketing manager, you will oversee in-house events and help to curate an exciting programme throughout the year.
