About the job

We are currently looking for a passionate leader to take charge of our new site in the heart of Reading! The venue will include a 3x screen cinema, event space and community hub and the General Manager will need to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. You will take a pro-active approach and know how to get the most out of your team through consistent training and development, setting a clear direction for the venue and listening to guest feedback, building it into your overall vision for the space.

Working closely with our senior team, you will ensure guests to the venue have an excellent experience and receive the highest level of customer service. Along with our programme and marketing manager, you will oversee in-house events and help to curate an exciting programme throughout the year. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be passionate in developing the venue into a thriving, cultural hub for the whole community to enjoy.
