Front of House Supervisor (Part time)

Salary: £20,259.20 (FTE), £10,129.60 (minimum actual)

The Regent Centre is seeking a part-time Front of House Supervisor to join their team.

We are looking for somebody with the right skills and experience to join our team at an exciting time as we move forwards following an extensive refurbishment and reorganisation plan. Our team is made up of people who are experienced in theatre and cinema, complimented by a large community of vounteers.

The role involves facilities supervision of the building, particularly whilst we are in performance mode. Often working with a group of volunteers, you will take the lead in ensuring the smooth and safe running of front of the building itself during busy times. You will be responsible for stocking sales points and tills, keeping the building clean and tidy, ensuring events run to time, and for taking a broad overview of customer care and supervision. This role is for a minimum of 20 hours per week, usually worked over 2.5 days with the requirement to work up to 40 hours for cover where needed, so we are looking for somebody who is able to work with us on flexibility.
