Cambridge Film Festival is looking to recruit an experienced Freelance Marketing Coordinator to work on the smooth delivery of the 2021 Festival and year-round events.

Cambridge Film Festival (CFF) is presented annually by the Cambridge Film Trust (CFT), a registered charity with a remit to foster film culture and education for the benefit of the public in Cambridge, the Eastern region and throughout the UK.

The Festival is the 3rd longest running film festival in the UK and the team is currently working towards the 40th edition to be held in cinema between 18th and 25th of November 2021, supported by an extended online programme.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Freelance Marketing Coordinator to work with the Marketing Manager and the small Festival team in the smooth delivery of the 2021 Festival and year-round events.

Working for the CFF offers an invaluable experience of the operation of an established and successful Film Festival.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working closely with the Festival team, you will support all aspects of the marketing and outreach for the main Film Festival and the Trust’s year-round activity.

The successful candidate will be proactive and have a audience focused approach whilst working in a team and in high pressure environments. excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage their own workload with minimal supervision and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
