Finance Officer

Salary: £22,000 + pension

QUAD is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the Finance Department here at QUAD. QUAD is an arts-based charity, cinema, gallery and café bar in the heart of Derby.

About the Role

Hours: Full time – 37.5hrs / week
Salary: £22,000 + pension, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working and free cinema tickets

As a Finance Officer, you will report to the Finance Manager and your main responsibilities will be to oversee the accounts of QUAD’s trading division and to assist the Finance Manager in the operation of QUAD’s financial systems.

Operational responsibilities include:

• Management of Sales and Purchase Ledgers
• Processing day to day financial transactions
• Maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Production of quarterly VAT returns
