Salary: £24,000 per annum, pro rata

Rural Arts in Thirsk is seeking a new part-time Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager manages the finance function of Rural Arts, undertaking both day-to-day and strategic duties to contribute to the smooth running of the charity and its subsidiary trading arm. It is a central and vital role, managed by the Director and CEO and without any current line management responsibilities. The role is based at Rural Arts, The Courthouse in Thirsk.

Rural Arts is looking for a skilled candidate who is confident completing both daily and strategic financial tasks, working within a small team and using their own initiative.

Hours: 15 hours per week. We can be flexible about how this is achieved.

Employment type: Fixed term 12-month contract, with an intention to make permanent.
