Film and Digital Programme Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)

The Film and Digital Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic development of Eastside’s film and digital programmes and the day to day running of our film and media projects. They will be instrumental in creating and shaping Eastside’s online presence and in developing digital content to support and promote Eastside’s programmes.

This role would suit someone with a passion for film and digital media who is already working in an educational /cultural learning setting delivering engagement activities and is ready to take the next step and lead on the development of their own creative programmes and the creation of high-quality youth-led content.  This role offers a brilliant opportunity to grow your own portfolio of skills and projects in an organisation with a growing commitment to and focus on digital, and to nurture the next generation of digital creatives and influencers from their first introductory courses through targeted professional development opportunities through to successful first steps in the industry.
