Weird Weekend, Scotland’s film festival for unseen and under screened cult cinema, is looking for volunteers for this years festival.

As part of the festival team you’ll play an important role in helping the festival run smoothly – hosting the box office, watching a film, answering audience questions or invigilating our gallery space. You don’t need experience, just an interest in cinema events and some availability on the 25 – 27th October.

Weird Weekend is committed to accessibility, with the festival screening all films with descriptive subtitles and audio description, and have content notes. Our venue, OFFLINE, is level access and has gender neutral toilets.

Volunteers’ travel expenses, within Glasgow, and meals during shifts will be covered by the festival.
