Festival Campaign Manager



Salary: £36,024 to £42,147

The BFI is seeking a Festival Campaign Manager to be responsible for delivering multi-faceted and multi-channel marketing campaigns (including branding assets) in a fast-paced festival or events environment.

You will be an experienced marketing professional with a background in film or cultural festivals or events and have a proven ability to develop and deliver a broad-based marketing campaign and supervise the design and production of a wide range of marketing materials, including branding collateral.

You will be an excellent project manager with a proven ability to deliver under pressure, the post holder will need to quickly build and maintain relationships with key media partners, sponsors, film companies, senior internal stakeholders and external agencies and must therefore have the experience and maturity take the lead in any discussions and negotiations.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns the post-holder will need management skills to manage a marketing team and complex budget for the duration of the Festival.
