Executive Director

Salary: £43,980

Glasgow Film is recruiting an experienced and entrepreneurial arts leader to join the executive team as Executive Director.

Your role will be to work closely with the Board, the Chief Executive, the Finance/Commercial Director, and senior staff, and to lead on the smooth running and effective day to day operation of the organisation, with overall responsibility for fundraising, public funder relationship management and customer service.

This role is part of the Executive team, which takes a collaborative approach to the management of Glasgow Film and its wide-ranging activities. You will need to be a strategic thinker with a number of creative and pragmatic ideas to maximise the organisation’s unique offer and opportunities. You will plan with a strong attention to detail, recognising the impact of your decisions, and support the teams to deliver the vision and ensuring success. Similarly, you will need to be agile in resolving challenges to the highest standard.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
