Salary: £37,374 - £44,163

The BFI is seeking an Evaluation Manager who will develop and embed a framework across the BFI that evaluates the impact and outcomes of the BFI’s 2022 strategic objectives.

The post holder will advise and work with BFI stakeholders and partners in the commissioning of high quality research and evaluation in order to inform strategy and policy.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing high quality research and evaluation projects using a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
  • First degree or higher degree in which research and/or evaluation theory and methods, data collection, analysis and interpretation formed a part
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and clear reports and presentations to a variety of stakeholders.

The role is predominantly based at BFI Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
