Salary: £11.50 per hour

Ritzy Picturehouse is an established venue in the heart of Brixton. The Ritzy has been at the heart of the city’s film scene for decades. The café and bar the scene of many an evening to remember is a modern and stylish area in which to enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner.

It presents a diverse programme, ranging from blockbusters to independent, foreign-language, documentary and kids’ films, as well as live broadcasts from the world’s best arts venues, such as the National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company, Bolshoi Ballet and New York Met Opera.

Picturehouse Ritzy is part of Picturehouse Cinemas who operate 25 cinemas across the UK and are a stand-alone division of Cineworld PLC.

Vacancy

The successful candidate will have experience managing the Front of House in a busy venue. A passion for all things food and drink is an advantage as is a good knowledge of wines and spirits. Working knowledge of venue and shift management is key as is working with large teams in a customer service environment. Ritzy currently has two bars with the upstairs bar hosting live music every night.

Please note there is a requirement to work 40 hours per week over any of the seven days with some shifts being at evenings and weekends.

We offer an hourly rate of £11.50 plus bonus opportunities.
