Salary: £21, 944 (pro rota’d to £17,555 for 32 hours)

The Little Theatre Cinema, located in the heart of Bath, is a three-screen art house cinema nestled in a small square in the centre of the historic city of Bath.

Steeped in history and oozing charm, The Little Theatre cinema opened in 1935, and was long owned by the family of the founders, Consuelo de Reyes and her stage designer husband Peter King, until it joined the Picturehouse family where it has recently featured in the Wes Anderson film Fantastic Mr Fox.

As well as a thriving wedding venue business and in addition to a diverse programme of films, ranging from quality blockbusters to independent, classic, foreign-language and art-house, The Little Theatre Cinema includes a core programming strand dedicated to championing documentaries. The cinema also shows live HD broadcasts of productions from world-class arts venues, such as the New York Metropolitan Opera and the Bolshoi Ballet, theatre productions such as the Royal Shakespeare Company Live from Stratford-upon-Avon and National Theatre Live, art exhibitions and filmmaker Q&As.

The Little Theatre is part of Picturehouse Cinemas who operate 25 cinemas across the UK and are a stand-alone division of Cineworld PLC.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager who can bring passion, innovation and the Picturehouse way of working to this exciting venue.

Please note there is a requirement to work 32 hours per week over any of the seven days with some shifts being at evenings and weekends.
