Duty Manager

Salary: £12 per hour

Newlyn Filmhouse are looking for a cinema enthusiast with a minimum of one year’s relevant venue experience to join them as a Duty Manager.

Newlyn Filmhouse is a stylish independent cinema in the fishing port of Newlyn in West Cornwall. We are a full-time operation. Our two digital screens are housed in a converted fish warehouse and show the best in mainstream & arthouse cinema to an ever-increasing audience of both locals and tourists. The venue also has a large lively café/bar.

We are looking for a cinema enthusiast with a minimum of one year’s relevant venue experience to work with our friendly team.

The role requires 30 + hours work per week, with pay subject to experience. Please note that evening and weekend shifts are a requirement of the role. Full training will be given and some relocation cost considered for the right person.
