Director of Partnerships & Development (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000

Sheffield Doc/Fest is offering the opportunity for a fundraising and sponsorship professional to join its senior management team.

The Director of Partnerships & Development (Maternity Cover) will work closely with the Festival Director and Deputy Director and wider management team to raise substantial grants and sponsorship for Doc/Fest 2020 and beyond, through building on existing partnerships and winning new business from both public and private sectors.

We are looking for someone with experience of fundraising for a registered charity. As this opportunity comes at a time when Sheffield Doc/Fest is in a period of development with a new Festival Director starting and a transition to charity status.

This role also involves input in to company management, alongside the Festival Director and Deputy Director, management of the organisation’s annual income budget and consultation on the budget and cashflow with the Finance Manager, as well as regular reporting to the Board of Directors.
