Digital Product Manager (Venues and Ticketing)

Salary: £49,890 - £58,710 per annum
The BFI is looking for a digital product manager who can transform the experience of customer exploring BFI programmes and booking tickets through the user-centred development of the BFI’s digital products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Digital product management and roadmap planning for BFI’s website and venue, programme and ticketing services
- Research programme and ticketing solutions, informed by user needs, business requirements and the BFI’s ten-year strategy
- Manage product planning and delivery processes for important venue projects, such as BFI London Film Festival
- Be aware of and act in accordance with the BFI’s environmental sustainability plans and approach at all times
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Strong experience in applying user-centred design and data-driven approaches
- A proven track record of promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion
- Self-motivated and collaborative: happy working alone and in project teams
- Strong understanding of technology and familiarity with the software development process

Hours: Full-time, 41 hours per week
