Digital Content Creator

Edinburgh International Film Festival

Salary: £442.50 per week

Edinburgh International Film Festival is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join their team on a fixed term basis.

About the Role

The Marketing Department is responsible for publicising EIFF, engaging audiences, and driving ticket sales. This is achieved through a wide variety of communication channels, with EIFF’s digital platforms naturally playing a significant role. In order to generate dynamic, engaging, and relevant content, we require two content specialists to join our team this summer.

You will be responsible for creating a whole range of content that we can share via digital – specifically our website, social media channels, and email. We’re really looking to raise the content bar this year to celebrate our 75th anniversary year and storytelling will be at the heart of everything we do.

From being on the red carpet at our opening gala to finding new and exciting ways of showing the breadth of all things EIFF – you’ll be a dab hand at filming, recording audio, and using editing software to create brilliant content that stands out from the crowd.

You’ll be creative and know how to create engaging content that inspires good conversation. Covering the latest festival news, and capturing experiences of attendees, talent, and our stand out team – you’ll help deliver quality content that brings EIFF to audiences all over the world.

This is a full-time, fixed term position.

  • Salary: £442.50 per week
  • Dates: 20 June – 2 September

The CMI believes that we will be stronger with greater diversity at all levels in the organisation and therefore welcome applications from those who bring difference.
