Deputy Front of House Manager

Salary: £30,256 - £31,828 including 18% shift allowance

Queen’s Film Theatre is looking for a Deputy Front of House Manager to join their team.

Join our team at QFT, the heart of cinematic culture at Queen’s University Belfast. We’re seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager to elevate our client experience and oversee the day-to-day aspects of Queen’s Film Theatre operations and delivery of the public programme ensuring it is run in an efficient and high-quality manner within current legislative and procedural guidelines.

You will work on a business responsive 7-day rota on campus and be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. This irregular pattern will vary depending on business requirements. In recognition of the flexibility required, a shift premium of 18% is paid in addition to the salary.
