Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival is looking for a Deputy Director to join their team.

About the role

This is a new role at Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival (BFMAF) and an exciting opportunity to shape the organisation’s future.

The Deputy Director will work closely with the Festival Director on the strategic planning and development of BFMAF. The role will focus on how the Festival’s aims and objectives are resourced and delivered on a day to day and long term basis.

The Deputy Director will contribute to the collaborative work of the Festival at a significant stage of its development. They will form mutual relationships and partnerships with the people and communities that the organisation works with – in Northumberland, across the UK and internationally.

Your openness, depth of work experience and convergent thinking will enable Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival to put audiences, artists and film makers at the centre of what new cinema can be.

BFMAF is open to candidates with job share proposals.
