Delegate Services Coordinator

The Centre for the Moving Image is looking for a Delegate Services Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Delegate Services Coordinator to coordinate the accreditation process for all film industry professionals, press and Industry guests attending EIFF, to be the main point of contact for delegate enquiries during the accreditation period and to support the Ticket Coordinator and Delegate desk team during EIFF. This role will ensure the Festival has all relevant information needed to issue all passes and attenders lists. Over 1000 passholders typically go through the accreditation process, so the role involves a great deal of data entry, answering enquiries and payment chasing, with assistance from a Delegate Services Assistant.

During the Festival the Delegate Services Coordinator plays an important role on the front line, being the point of contact for most accredited industry, press and filmmaker guests.

This is a full-time, fixed term position.

Dates: 6 June – 26 August 2022

Salary: £442.50 per week
