Delegate Services and Events Assistant

Salary: £22,494

The BFI is seeking a Delegate Services and Events Assistant for the 2019 BFI Flare: London LGBTQ+ Film Festival to provide administrative and event delivery support to the BFI FLARE team, ensuring a high quality Festival experience for all attending filmmaker, press and industry delegates, as well as the public.

Reporting to the Events and Production Manager and working collegiately with the Events and Delegate Services Coordinators, the post will support all aspects of delegate accreditation and the running of the Delegates Centre, and provide on-site delivery assistance across all BFI FLARE public and industry events, including Opening and Closing Night Galas, club nights and live performances.

The ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend work during the Festival, is essential to the role. (Festival dates: 21 – 31 March 2019 inclusive of weekends).
