Picturehouse is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join their team.
Picturehouses’ Customer Care Department is located in offices above the Ritzy Cinema in Brixton. We have a team of people who provide telephone and email support for all of Picturehouse Cinemas from 10.00am to 6.00pm 7 days a week. Memberships, ticket sales, and administration is central to the Customer Care Department, and the Customer Care operators deliver these functions through incoming and outgoing calls, email responses, and occasional social media.
We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Care Team Leader to join the team in our established central call centre for Picturehouse Cinemas.
About the vacancy
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and a real passion for delivering great customer service in a fast paced environment, ideally with previous work dealing with high volume customer enquiries and experience dealing with both written and telephone customer complaints.
They must have experience working in a senior position and managing people in a high-volume and fast-moving department or customer service environment, including leading and developing teams.
Emphasis within this role is on providing a helpful, friendly, and personalised service to all callers and email messages, whether queries or complaints, and maintaining the human side of customer service. We pride ourselves on an individual, non-scripted way of working. The key to this role is providing a first class service at every turn, keeping in mind both the business and customers’ needs.
Candidates must have good IT skills, be highly articulate with excellent communication, especially written, and possess the ability to be resilient and perform well under pressure.
Please note there is a requirement to work 40 hours per week over any of the seven days with some shifts being evening and weekends.
We offer an hourly rate of £11.79 plus bonus opportunities.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
