Salary: £25,000 to £27,000

The Dukes in Lancaster is looking for a new Creative Learning Manager to oversee its audience development work.

The Dukes produces and presents theatre, is an independent cinema and offers creative learning activities. The Dukes’ Centre for Creative Learning delivers in-depth innovative learning programmes rooted in our place and with national significance.

We work with targeted communities and young people to develop first contacts with arts practice and encourage long term audience development and we provide a space for people to explore their talent.
