The focus of the BFI’s Festivals Team is the delivery of BFI London Film Festival (October) and BFI Flare: London LGBT Film Festival (March), ensuring that our programmes increase audience reach, attendance, participation and satisfaction while meeting our cultural and commercial objectives.

We are seeking a Content Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, organisational and technical support for the London Film Festival (LFF) and to coordinate the Content Production Team’s procedures and operations. The Content Production Team is responsible for ensuring that all necessary D-Cinema, video and audio content is produced and distributed to LFF cinema venues in a professional, high quality and timely way.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable administrative experience, ideally gained within a film industry environment, preferably within a festival. They will have excellent IT skills including database management, ideally Artifax and will be a competent Microsoft Office user.

This role will be based at BFI Southbank (nearest station is Waterloo). This post will work varying hours, including evening and weekend work, therefore the ability to work flexible hours is essential to the role.

Interviews will be held on Friday 9 August 2019. Candidates must be available to start from 19 August 2019.
