The BFI is seeking a Collections and Information Coordinator who will provide efficient and proactive support to the Director of Collections and the wider department of the BFI National Archive.
You will support the Director of Collections in planning, communicating and managing the activity of the department, providing full and confidential administrative, financial, business and personal assistance as required.
You will manage programmes, deadlines and relationships within the department and externally.
You will contribute to and be a vital point of contact and information for projects and activities across Collections and Information and the Programme division, as well as other BFI divisions.
