Cinema Technician / Projectionist

Salary: £20 to £24,000

Depot in Lewes is looking for a full time (35 hrs wk) Cinema Technician / Projectionist to join its hardworking technical team.

The right candidate will have a high level of expertise in digital cinema projection and sound systems. You will support with installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of digital cinema projection and sound systems and advice the senior management on the best available solutions. You will ensure that all our cinema screenings and frequent live events run smoothly and that relevant operations staff receive the info they need to operate effectively. This role also includes a facilities element, requiring day to day upkeep of the building.

Experience of working in a cinema or theater in a technical role is essential. The annual salary for this role is £20-24,000 (dependent on experience). We work shifts ranging from Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm and flexibility is key to this role.
