Cinema Content and Programming Manager

Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience)

Regent Street Cinema are looking for a Content and Programming Manager to join their team.

This position involves the programming a full calendar of quality commercial, independent & event cinema content; and experiential screening events which will engage a diverse range audiences. To establish the cinema as a leading cultural destination in the heart of London’s West End. To balance regular audience tastes with attracting new business to maximise ticket income. The cinema film line-up and overall programme to be balanced, diverse and inclusive, to reflect and attract the potential audience make-up within our central London location.

Following a £6 million restoration project, the University of Westminster’s historic Regent Street Cinema – the birthplace of British cinema – re-opened its doors as a working cinema again in 2015. The cinema is an independent business unit but supported by aspects of the University of Westminster infrastructure.
