Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum

The Broadway in Nottingham is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer.

Who Broadway is looking for

Following the departure of its longstanding leader, Broadway is seeking an innovative and inspirational leader to build on its success to date and take the venue forward. This is a wonderful opportunity to continue to develop and amplify Broadway’s work, profile and impact.

With leadership experience in independent film exhibition and/or the wider arts/cultural sector, you will have strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to develop Broadway’s next strategy and help it grow sustainably, balancing both its charitable and commercial objectives.

Broadway seeks a CEO who will bring clear strategic vision and have the resilience and courage to support the venue as it navigates a challenging operating environment.

You will be an exceptional leader, able to empower and foster a collaborative culture within and outside the organisation. The role requires an ability to engage with key stakeholders and partners and Broadway therefore seeks someone who is an exceptional relationship-builder and communicator, comfortable and credible in an ambassadorial role.

Broadway is also looking for a forward-thinking and energetic individual with good interpersonal skills who can help raise the venue’s profile and presence.

Your exceptional leadership qualities will be matched with a keen passion for cinema and independent film and a desire to drive this iconic organisation forward on the next stage of its journey.
