Box Office Senior Supervisor

Salary: £21,000

Rich Mix is recruiting for a Box Office Senior Supervisor to oversee and help deliver the sales and ticketing operation here at Rich Mix, inspiring the Box Office team to deliver the highest level of customer service possible to all those that interact or visit us.

The successful candidate will have experience of successfully delivering a Box Office or reception operation, ideally in a busy live events venue and/or cinema, although we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills/experience built in a reception or similar environment. They will have strong organisational skills and be a personable individual and a great team player with a positive ‘can- do’ manner.
