Manchester Animation Festival is looking to hire a Box Office & Customer Service Coordinator.

Manchester Animation Festival, the UK’s largest Festival dedicated to animation, is looking to hire a Box Office & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure that our ticketing system for this years hybrid edition is ran professional & efficiently, and to be an assisting point of contact for our legions of attendees! About the role

The Box Office and Customer Service coordinator will be an important part of Festival operations, being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and taking charge of our hybrid ticketing system for this Festival edition. Our ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, enthusiastic, personable, and confident in working independently towards tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is friendly, adaptable, detail oriented, efficient, an excellent communicator and can maintain a professional composure in a busy festival environment.

Contract period

The role is paid a short-term, part-time freelance opportunity that will takeplace over 30 days from 20 September – 1 December.

Place of work

Although this role will mostly be working from home, there will be requirements to travel within the Greater Manchester Area, it will be mandatory during the key Festival period of Sun 15 November – Fri 19 November.
