Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Together films is seeking a bookkeeper to maintain the day to day bookkeeping for the company, reporting to the CEO & Company Accountants.

Together Films uses the accountancy software Xero, of which training can be provided, but it would be ideal if you already have experience with this platform.

Together Films is a Marketing, Distribution and Data company based in London. Their major work for 2020 includes the impact campaign ‘Action For Sama’ on behalf of the multi award winning Directors of For Sama (which recently took home Best Documentary, Best Director & Best British Film at the BIFA’s). Together Films is also running the environmental impact campaign in the UK & Ireland for 2040, a groundbreaking new climate solutions film that provides a vision for a sustainable future.

You will be joining a passionate team of data driven audience experts to ensure that Together Films achieves its strategic objectives. Together Films prides itself on delivering value for our clients, whilst pushing for innovation within the sector. It is therefore an exciting time to be joining the company.

You will assist the team in both optimising budgets for each campaign, and reconciling returns from our partners. You will work closely with the Sales Executive & Campaign Director to ensure all theatrical & non-theatrical sales invoices are paid promptly. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure that the overall financial health of the company is on target.

You will be responsible for answering any financial enquiries that come into the Accounts inbox, ensuring that payment requests / reporting requirements are delivered on time. You will also prepare the monthly royalty reports for our campaigns (ensuring all information is accurately added to Xero).
