BFI NETWORK Programme and Funding Manager

Salary: £37,374 - £44,163 per annum

The BFI is seeking a Programme and Funding Manager to maintain and develop BFI NETWORK talent development activity. This includes both BFI NETWORK core activity (NETWORK@LFF, NETWORK Weekender) and oversight of professional development activity delivered by UK Partners.

Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2023

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of BFI NETWORK in the ongoing design and implementation of new talent development programmes.
  • Responsible for the management of core NETWORK Talent Programmes.
  • Managing the budgets and evaluation process for NETWORK Talent Programmes.
  • Work closely with the Head of BFI NETWORK and OPPs team to design, implement and run any new funds created to support external organisations to run professional development activity for new talent.
Skills & Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in understanding the opportunities and challenges faced by emerging talent film community.
  • A passion for film and for supporting new filmmaking talent and an interest in the short form.
  • Experience in developing and delivering industry-facing events both in person and online.
