Assistant Marketing Manager - Maternity cover

Salary: £27,405 per annum

Showroom Workstation is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to provide maternity cover from November/December 2021 to February 2023.

Showroom Workstation is Sheffield’s only media arts complex operating a popular independent café/bar, conference and events facility, four-screen cinema, and creative industries managed workspace.

About the role

Contracted hours: full time, 37 hours per week over 5 days with occasional weekend and evening working

The role requires someone with exceptional organisational skills and creativity.  The successful applicant will work to deliver press and marketing campaigns for multiple business operations, lead on the development of online and social media activity and manage a team and day to day internal and external communications.

The position is suitable for someone who thrives in a busy working environment and can confidently deal with multiple parallel projects on the go.  Both managing and working alongside the department’s Digital and Marketing Coordinators, the successful candidate will help direct and support the team’s activity in the promotion of the work of the Programming, Commercial, Conferencing and Workstation departments, in a demanding yet very rewarding role.
