Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Movio is experiencing major growth at a global level and has a need for a full-time London-based Account Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, EMEA the Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a select portfolio of key EMEA accounts. This includes client retention, nurturing existing customer relationships as well as hitting up-sell targets. They will proactively assist clients in the use of Movio’s products as part of their Marketing strategy and inform them of all new feature releases. The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for clients. They will provide strategic leadership so that our clients are maximising their use of the Movio Cinema platform, providing guidance on CRM/e-CRM strategies, and assistance in achieving campaign objectives, along with overseeing the delivery of solutions that will help clients to achieve their business objectives and ROI.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong account management experience, combined with a background in database marketing/CRM, and who wants to work with a variety of clients and challenges in a dynamic, quickly growing company.

We’re looking for someone who loves what they do, and is a highly motivated team player with excellent project management and follow-through. A desire to assist the sales process and a passion for quality customer service, as well as a fantastic sense of humour are a prerequisite.
