Empire Design is an equal opportunities employer

Founded in 1996, Empire Design was born from a small team, a love of film and one modest aim: to create memorable campaigns that challenge the perceptions of poster design, whether that be for a summer blockbuster or an independent debut.

26 years later our team has grown and so have our aims and ambitions. We are still just as passionate about film, but we also realise the responsibility we have as a platform for new creative voices, from every section of society.

We want to continue building a diverse and dynamic group of creatives that can speak to the ever-evolving demographics of our audiences. As a company, we are committed to creating new processes and behaviours to support these aims.
