Empire Design are looking for an Account Executive to support the Account Handling team in all aspects of briefing and delivering creative campaigns.

Based in London and New York, we specialise in creating advertising campaigns for a wide range of International and US Film, TV and Streaming clients including Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime Video, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures, Neon Pictures and more.

Recent work includes No Time To Die (Eon Productions/ MGM / Universal Pictures), Empire of Light (Searchlight Pictures), Resident Evil (Netflix), Matilda The Musical (Netflix / Sony Pictures), Moonage Daydream (Neon), The Gray Man (Netflix), Spencer (Neon), The Shrink Next Door (Apple) and The Crown (Netflix)

The Role

This role will work across the Print and Digital team – covering Key Art, OOH, DOOH, Press, Digital Display and Social.

Main Duties

  • Assist Account Directors and Account Manager as required
  • Lead on the delivery of finished creative assets to clients and media, becoming the team expert on client delivery systems
  • Manage assigned aspects of client campaigns including Digital Display
  • Brief design and production teams and work collaboratively to guarantee projects meet brief requirements and deadlines
  • Assist in the production of photo and video shoots
  • General administrative tasks, including raising POs and booking couriers

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with a variety of people
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple campaigns at once
  • Ability to work extremely well under pressure, adapt to changing deadlines and priorities whilst maintaining the highest professional standards
  • Discretion and maintenance of confidentiality at all times
  • A passion for film and entertainment marketing
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on Mac

Other

  • Salary between £24k and £28k dependent on skills and experience
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm. There may be a requirement to work late occasionally so some flexibility is required
  • The role is based in Marylebone, London
