Events Coordinator

Salary: £23,199 - £27,141 per annum pro rata

The BFI is an internationally recognised cultural body, and the lead organisation for film in the UK. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.

They are seeking two Events Coordinators to join them on a fixed term contract for six months. Reporting to the Lead Events Producer, and working collegiately within a team of event coordinators, you will provide exemplary production and event coordination for BFI Southbank year-round programme, external clients hiring BFI venues and, from time-to-time, BFI events at external venues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment and be educated to a degree level. You will be proactive and have a customer focused approach whilst working in a team and high pressure environments. Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
