Digital Operations Assistant

Salary: £23,199 - £27,141

The BFI are looking for a Digital Operations Assistant.

The Digital Operations Assistant will facilitate the operational delivery of the award-winning BFI Player. You will be the contact for all operational aspects to do with day-to-day service. Supporting the VOD Service coordinator ensuring the BFI Player objectives are met across quality checking, SLA agreements and customer needs. As well as reporting on data to do with the service and wider VOD market.

To be successful you will have a proven track record of delivering in a multimedia environment, with knowledge of digital and physical VOD formats. You will have a complex understanding of supply chains within the media management sphere and the importance of SLAs, and KPIs within the service.
