Front of House Duty Manager

Salary: £10 per hour (£11 per hour after midnight on late shows)

The Rio in Dalston is one of London’s best loved independent cinemas. With two screens and a lively café bar, the Rio hosts a diverse programme of films as well as live music, comedy and special events and is also home to a number of London’s film festivals.

Job purpose summary

To be responsible for the day to day management of the Rio cinema, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service from the FOH team. Other duties will sometimes include projection, stock and marketing.

Your basic hours of duty will be no less than 24 hours a week on a shift basis that will include evening & weekend work. At least two shifts will be required to be worked over the weekend (Friday to Sunday). Shift patterns will vary from week to week.
