Industry Events Manager

Edinburgh International Film Festival are looking for an experienced events manager to research, schedule and coordinate their industry events programme for EIFF2018.

The EIFF Industry Programme offers a vast number of events and networking opportunities for passholders attending the festival.

The EIFF Industry Events Manager will work with the CMI’s Head of Industry & Talent Development to develop content for and coordinate EIFF’s extensive industry and talent development programmes and events including workshops, panel discussions, masterclasses and networking events that take place throughout the Festival. In recent years there have typically been round 50 industry events during each Festival, running alongside our annual talent development programmes including the EIFF Talent Lab.

You will have experience of coordinating a multi event programme including being involved in the creative process. Excellent administrative, organisational and project coordination skills are required as is comprehensive knowledge of the film industry. Experience of negotiating at a senior level will be beneficial as well as excellent customer care and a good memory for names and faces is essential.
