Judy (Reynolds) is a chorus girl without the sparkle. On the sidelines, she’s left to play a human football in musical Quarterback Kelly. Meanwhile, she has a meet-cute with Look photographer Melvin (Connor) who promises to get her on the front page of the magazine. When his boss kiboshes the idea, Melvin gets himself into hot water by mocking up a single issue of the magazine with Judy as the cover star. Can he keep her away from the truth?

We are delighted to be able to share I Love Melvin from the BFI National Archive in one of the original 35mm Technicolor dye transfer prints. A unique chance to see the film in eye-popping, finger-clicking form!
