Bar/Cinema Front of House Staff

Salary: £9 per hour

Moving Pictures Cinema is a new boutique cinema and bar in Elephant & Castle in the Mercato Metropolitano. We screen a curated mix of new release films and retrospectives, special events including Q&A screenings, and we are the venue for the Film Media Network film school.

We’re looking for talented people who have a passion for film, can provide exceptional customer experiences and who have the flexibility to work cinema hours. Positions will be part time basis and staff will be expected to work across all areas of the cinema.

Salary: £9 per hour

Duties:

• Selling tickets and taking phone bookings
• Making popcorn and cinema snacks
• Serving drinks including making basic cocktails
• Keeping the bar service area well stocked and maintained
• Scanning tickets and ushering
• Cleaning cinemas
• Hosting special events and private bookings

• Previous bar experience will be viewed favourably
