HOME is looking for a Young People’s Training Manager to join their team.

The Young People’s Training Manager is vital to ensuring HOME is an organisation that provides a diverse range of young people with the opportunity to get involved in the arts, develop skills, knowledge, talent and confidence, gain qualifications and improve their employment prospects within a creative environment.

Our ideal candidate

You will be an empathetic, highly organised, self-motivated and experienced manager of young people’s training programmes and events, with an eye for detail and a passion for the arts. You will have a track record of managing apprentices/ apprenticeship programmes and coordinating high-quality creative work-based training projects that involve diverse groups of young people with complex needs and circumstances.

Working with various individuals and organisations, from young people, apprenticeship learning providers, artists and programmers, to stakeholders and partners will be second nature to you, and managing the expectations and needs of these people will be something you excel at.

You will be an excellent listener and communicator with a high level of admin skills and will have the skills and experience to cater information sharing as appropriate for various people with different learning styles.

This is an exciting and challenging role in a busy organisation.

  • Salary: £23,000 per annum
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week inclusive of meal breaks
  • Contract term: permanent
