How we work

The CCFF is a project powered by young remote workers (even before the pandemic) with a flexible and independent working spirit. Powerful digital tools combined with excellent communication allow us to work with efficiency and purpose, but ultimately it is our passion for climate action which drives us.

The position

The CCFF are seeking a Video Editor to help us deliver our digital festival. You will be editing a short intro to the Festival, adding assets and graphics (such as the CCFF intro, pre and post screening screens, overlaid text, etc.), editing separately submitted speaking segments into a single file, and any other miscellaneous editing work required to deliver the large amount of content to our digital platform provider.

There will be both a creative and more practical side to the role, but much of the work will be of a simple nature. The CCFF is working with high-level partners and a high standard of work is required.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Demonstrable experience in editing
  • An excellent ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of technical specifications
  • An appropriately high-performing computer with your own software
  • A great design sensibility
  • Excellent communication
Equity and inclusion

The CCFF is an organisation powered by a diverse mix of people from around the globe. Our focus on diversity and inclusion can be seen in the films, events and content that we put out. For this reason we strongly encourage applicants from under-represented groups.
