Venue Coordinator

Salary: £9.30 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Sheffield Doc/Fest is looking for several Venue Coordinators to oversee the smooth running of events at various locations across the 2020 Festival.

This is an key role when acting as the face of the Festival at each location, being a point of contact for audiences, guests, volunteers, venue and Festival staff.

Venue Coordinators will support the rehearsal and delivery of events to ensure the Festival programme runs to time, that audiences have the best experience possible, and that any issues are communicated to the venue and wider Festival management as required. Events can be anything from film screenings, talks and panels, to Q&A’s, workshops,
and performances. Venues range from traditional cinemas to theatres to temporary outdoor locations.
