Ticketing & Sales Officer

Salary: £25,000 pro rata

Edinburgh International Film Festival is looking for a Ticketing & Sales Officer to work within the Festival team. 

The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective processing of the Festival’s ticketing, managing stakeholder allocations (press, filmmakers, guests and other stakeholders) and working with the wider Marketing Team to maximise sales and screening attendance.

In 2023, in a special one-year iteration, the 76th Edinburgh International Film Festival will take place as part of the Edinburgh International Festival. EIFF’s compact and curated selection of films will be presented 18-23 August, complementing EIF’s programme of world-class artistic activity.

Organisationally this edition of EIFF will exist under the auspices of Edinburgh International Festival with primary funding and support provided by Screen Scotland.

We are seeking a Ticketing & Sales Officer with demonstrable experience in a box office or similar ticketing environment, who will collaborate across Festival teams to manage ticket requests and maximise sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have confidence working with databases and knowledge of managing stakeholder/member relationships.
